Like the original Biscotti, Liver Biscotti Sprinkles are all natural, with no additives or preservatives. Ingredients are: Beef Liver, Whole Wheat Flour, Bran Flour, Water, Carrots, Eggs, Garlic, Parsley, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Potato Starch. The plastic jar’s lid can be opened to a sprinkling side or an open side. Package weight 0.70 pound.
