"Caution! Bought one for my 9 lb chihuahua mix. Put it on him, there was about 1 inch of the chest velcro not covered by the strap. He went somewhere in the house, I called him to no avail. Went looking for him and he was velcro'd to the rug!! He was trying very hard to pull himself up but couldn't. My poor baby! This harness must be removed immediately on entering the house. "
