Ceilidh and Dax
I’m feeling melancholy and nostalgic today. Don’t know why. As much as I adore my boys Tango and Booker, I miss the dogs that are gone. Gone too soon. In the picture to the left, that’s Ceilidh the Boston Terrier and Dax the French Bulldog. Our silly girls. Ceilidh is Gaelic for “party,” and she was definitely a party girl. Non-stop until she crashed. Always up for fun and games. And that’s Dax as a puppy – this picture was taken almost 11 years ago to the day! Dax must have worn Ceilidh out – we hardly ever saw Ceilidh lie down outside! I miss Golly – she would have had as much fun with Torque as Tango does (Golly and Tango – both Brussels Griffons).
The moral: Enjoy every day with your dogs! Always take time to play with them. And don’t forget to take pictures!
