Metro Slicker by RC Pet Products
The Metro Slicker by RC Pet Products is the secret to keeping your little dog dry. It's coated with PVC and has a ripstop nylon liner. 
There is 3M reflective piping around the neck and rear. Just put the right paw through the arm opening of the Metro Slicker and attach the Velcro fasteners at the neck and chest. Machine wash.
