Exchanges and Returns
The harness you ordered and just received doesn't fit your small dog? No problem! We want to make sure you and your pup get the item you need!
We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
To exchange the item for a different size, just send it back to us:

with your instructions (size and color: first and second choice) written on a copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip. Send it back in the manner that's most convenient for you. We find that the US Postal Service is generally quite reliable, and more affordable than other methods.
When we receive the item, we'll follow your instructions for the exchange and send you the new item. There is no additional shipping charge to send your replacement item to you.
If there's a price difference between the items, you can send it to us via PayPal to our account: gollygear @ sbcglobal.net; include a check payable to Second Editions Inc. (our corporate name); or include your credit card number, expiration date and CVV with the exchange instructions. If the price of the new item is less than the one you're sending back, we'll refund the price difference to your original payment method.
Please note: Merchandise must be in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Food items (treats) and tags (customized items) cannot be exchanged or returned. Any item shipped directly to you by the manufacturer and not by Golly Gear (drop-shipped items) may incur a 15% restocking fee.
If you just want a refund for the item, that's not a problem either. Just let us know that on the copy of the Invoice or Packing slip that you include with the item. We'll refund the purchase price to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
