Our search for a super-soft, super-small Rolled Leather Collar for our little dogs has come to an end! These wonderful buckle collars by Poochee Designs are just 1/4 inch in diameter. The rolled portion of the collar has grommets at both ends for the flat part of the collar that buckles. The ends are just 3/8 inch. The leather is buttery soft and richly colored.
